Projects that require a permit from the Village MUST be approved by the Association PRIOR TO seeking a building permit. Failure to do so may result in a hefty fine.

Once obtained, please submit the Village Permit Number to the DMRC

Drawings of all improvements must be submitted with the application to show location and dimension relative to existing structures on lot. As of the approval date of this application, I accept full responsibility for the altered area and agree to maintain it in a safe presentable condition.
